Did this new Google Gemini feature just kill off Perplexity? Let's find out. Google has possibly just destroyed an entire SaaS by creating something that although is slower, is much more detailed and gives much better research responses

Google Deep Research can now scrape the entire internet for you based off your search and then give you the results of that search condensed into an article like the example SEO generated article below:

This means that you can now give ChatGPT or Claude (or Harbor) a complete rundown of a topic before writing about it, taking the guess work out of these things and allowing you to focus on what's important: making high quality ranking content

This is a great way to research topics and put it into an LLM readable format - instead of designing an entire system to do this for you, instead you can use the power of Google's latest Gemini AI updates to do it instead
